Rrbajee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Rrbajee ("we", "us", "platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all rrbajee services — including the website, mobile app, and all associated platforms.

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on rrbajee. Account creation is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Accounts that cannot verify age will be closed.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed — you can then choose to accept or decline. rrbajee is not responsible for any delays in bet placement caused by network issues.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum payout limits apply to each market and event. These limits may vary by market. Any winnings exceeding the set limit will not be paid out.

Rrbajee offers a variety of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Each method has its own processing time and limits.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket — deposits are typically processed instantly.
• Bank Transfer: May take 1–4 business days.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Accepted Currencies

Rrbajee supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a transaction is made in another currency, applicable conversion rates will apply.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus balance may be subject to restrictions on certain markets.
• Once a bonus expires, the balance is automatically forfeited.

Promotional Offers

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrbajee platform:

• Opening an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or operation of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors for unreasonable financial gain.

If any of these rules are violated, rrbajee reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit any balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

You can close your rrbajee account at any time — simply contact customer support. Before closing your account, make sure all pending bets are settled and your balance is withdrawn.

When rrbajee May Close Your Account

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• As directed by legal authorities.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance will be returned after verification. The balance may be held during the course of the investigation.

Rrbajee strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Betting losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Service may be interrupted due to unexpected technical issues.
• Password or account details stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Any amount exceeding the approved maximum payout.

Rrbajee's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the balance in your account at the time of the incident.

• If the issue remains unresolved, please escalate it to our management.
• You may also escalate to the licensing authority for a final resolution.

In the event of a dispute over betting results, rrbajee's server records will be considered the final and definitive evidence.
